Warranty applies only to hardware components sold by MicroZaib Gaming Store
Coverage includes manufacturer defects or malfunctions under normal usage
The warranty period begins from the date of product delivery
Products under warranty are forwarded to the distributor/vendor for repair, replacement, or refund as per their policy

📋 Warranty Claim Requirements

To process a valid warranty claim, customers must:

Provide the original invoice as proof of purchase
Return the product in its original packaging/box
Accept that courier charges for sending items to and from service centers are borne by the customer
Allow 25–60 working days for the completion of the warranty process (subject to vendor/distributor timelines)
