Warranty

At MicroZaib, we are committed to providing you with reliable products warranty and excellent customer service. Please review the following terms and conditions regarding warranty claims:

  1. Warranty Coverage:
    1.1. The warranty is provided by the manufacturer/supplier/distributor and covers manufacturing faults that may occur within the specified warranty period.
    1.2. MicroZaib acts as a reseller/vendor and is not directly responsible for any defects that arise after the product has been sold in good working condition.

  2. Warranty Card and Invoice:
    2.1. If a warranty card is mentioned on the invoice, it is essential to ensure that you receive the warranty card along with the invoice. If the warranty card is missing, our customer support center will handle the warranty claim process.
    2.2. The manufacturer/supplier/distributor reserves the right to reject any warranty claim if the original invoice is not provided.

  3. Product Inspection and Packaging:
    3.1. It is strongly recommended that customers thoroughly inspect the product before leaving our premises, as the warranty period starts once the receipt has been generated.
    3.2. In case of any issues or problems, the product will be treated according to the normal warranty claim process.
    3.3. To be eligible for a warranty claim, the product should be well packed in the protective material provided at the time of sale.

  4. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:
    4.1. Warranty claims will not be entertained for damages caused by accidental damage or electrical surge.
    4.2. Software support is not included in the warranty for computer hardware. For software-related assistance, please refer to the manufacturer’s website directly.
    4.3. Warranty claims may be rejected if the warranty sticker/serial numbers are torn or tampered with.

  5. Repair or Replacement:
    5.1. Once a warranty claim is accepted, the manufacturer/supplier/distributor has the discretion to either repair or replace the product/component.
    5.2. The duration for the repair or replacement process may range from 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the nature of the claim.

  6. Conditional Warranty Claims:
    6.1. In cases where it is not evident that the defect is due to a manufacturing fault, the warranty claim may be accepted on a “conditional” basis.
    6.2. The acceptance of the warranty claim in such cases depends solely on the discretion of the manufacturer/supplier/distributor. Please note that this may require additional time for evaluation.

  7. Limited Warranty for Accessories:
    7.1. Keyboards, mice, speakers, headphones, and other accessories carry a checking warranty for 2 days only.

  8. LCDs/LEDs Warranty:
    8.1. Warranty claims will not be entertained for the appearance of dots on LCDs/LEDs screens.

  9. Manufacturer’s Warranty Terms:
    9.1. The manufacturer reserves the right to modify the warranty terms and conditions. Any changes will be updated on the manufacturer’s/supplier’s website.

  10. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:
    10.1. Power adapters, cables, printer cartridges/toners, and additional accessories do not carry any warranty. Warranty claims for these items will not be entertained.

  11. International Warranty:
    11.1. For products with an international warranty, it is the user’s responsibility to register the product directly with the manufacturer. The warranty claim process will be handled by the user according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

  12. Warranty for Used Hardware:
    12.1. Used hardware carries a 7-day checking warranty. Please ensure that you thoroughly check the purchased hardware’s condition before leaving our premises.

  13. Warranty Claim Process Time:
    13.1. We accept warranty claims from Monday to Friday between 12 PM to 6 PM.

  14. PC Warranty:
    14.1. The PC is covered by a full warranty, provided that the user does not open the PC case without the pre-approval of the service center.
    14.2. During the warranty period, no component addition or removal is allowed without the prior approval of the service center.

  15. Discontinued Products and Upgrades:
    15.1. The manufacturer/supplier/distributor reserves the right to charge a certain amount for upgrading a discontinued product/component. If the customer is not willing to upgrade, the manufacturer/supplier/distributor may return the amount after deduction.
