At MicroZaib Gaming Store, we stand behind the quality of our products and custom PC builds. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for warranty claims to ensure transparency, fairness, and protection for both our customers and our business.
🛡️ Warranty Coverage
- Warranty applies only to hardware components sold by MicroZaib Gaming Store
- Coverage includes manufacturer defects or malfunctions under normal usage
- The warranty period begins from the date of product delivery
- Products under warranty are forwarded to the distributor/vendor for repair, replacement, or refund as per their policy
📋 Warranty Claim Requirements
To process a valid warranty claim, customers must:
- Provide the original invoice as proof of purchase
- Return the product in its original packaging/box
- Accept that courier charges for sending items to and from service centers are borne by the customer
- Allow 25–60 working days for the completion of the warranty process (subject to vendor/distributor timelines)
- Ensure no unauthorized inspection or repair has been performed on the item
⚠️ Exclusions – Warranty Will Be Void If:
- The product shows physical damage, signs of burning, water exposure, or electrical shorting
- The product is dead/no display/no detection at the time of claim
- The item has been mishandled, abused, or incorrectly installed
- A third party (shopkeeper, technician, or repairer) has inspected, opened, or modified the component
- The original invoice or packaging is missing
📝 Additional Notes
- MicroZaib does not provide direct replacement unless authorized by the distributor/vendor after evaluation
- Software, data loss, or labor fees are not covered under any warranty
- For custom PC builds, only the individual hardware components carry the manufacturer’s warranty, not the complete assembled system
