  • Coverage includes manufacturer defects or malfunctions under normal usage
  • The warranty period begins from the date of product delivery
  • Products under warranty are forwarded to the distributor/vendor for repair, replacement, or refund as per their policy

📋 Warranty Claim Requirements

To process a valid warranty claim, customers must:

  • Provide the original invoice as proof of purchase
  • Return the product in its original packaging/box
  • Accept that courier charges for sending items to and from service centers are borne by the customer
  • Allow 25–60 working days for the completion of the warranty process (subject to vendor/distributor timelines)
  • Ensure no unauthorized inspection or repair has been performed on the item
